The Bodhana Group Training Registration Policy

Pre-Registration
Pre-registration for The Bodhana Group Trainings is required. This allows our staff ample time to plan for materials, and ensure we have an appropriately sized class. Event registration typically closes 3 days  prior to the event date.

Rescheduling & Refunds
If you can no longer attend a training and would like to reschedule for a later date, contact The Bodhana Group at (717) 615-5803 by 12:00 noon the day before the event to arrange this. A rescheduled training must be used within 6 months of the original training date. If you can no longer attend a training and need to cancel, contact  The Bodhana Group at (717) 615-5803 by 12:00 noon the day before the event and a refund will be issued to you, minus a $10 processing fee. If you do not cancel by the deadline, you will be charged the registration fee.
If you must leave a training prior to its conclusion you will receive a full credit for a future training to be used within 6 months of the original training. Please make your Training Instructors aware of the issue and you will be contacted within 2 business days of the training’s end for future rescheduling and arrangements.

Training Materials
All training materials are proprietary property. of The Bodhana Group. Any materials you receive in conjunction with a training are to be used by you for personal and professional enrichment. Receiving CE Hours
CE Hours certificates will be mailed to individuals who have completed a training and have returned their Training evaluation. The Evaluation can be returned via the mail to: The Bodhana Group, 527 Madison Ave, York, PA 17404, or by emailing the form 
to thebodhanagroup@gmail.com.

Photos & recordings
The Bodhana Group may take photographs or record videos at training for promotional or educational purposes. By registering for a training, you agree to be photographed, included in video footage or otherwise captured for The Bodhana Group’s promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please contact The Bodhana Group at thebodhanagroup@gmail.com so we may accommodate your request.
